This appears to be an issue primarily with Chrome and the Adobe Flash plug-in. Here are a couple of things to try:
1. Uninstall and reinstall Adobe Flash.
2. Uninstall the Adobe Flash plug-in from your computer. Per Chrome support, this is not needed. DO NOT UNINSTALL the ActiveX version!
3. Uninstall and reinstall Chome.
