- Browsers: Keep your browser up to date. If you aren't using the current version of Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome or any other browser - you are at risk. Make sure you upgrade or check for updates!
- Adobe: Adobe's Flash and Acrobat products are a popular exploit entry point. Make sure you are up to date on both of these.
- Antivirus: Make sure you have something installed and that the definitions are current. Home users have many free options including, but not limited to: Microsoft Security Essentials, AVG Free, Avira.
- Tools: If you do get an infection, download Malwarebytes Antimalware. This is the best tool out there right now, and it's free for non-commercial use.

Spyware is a huge issue. We see infected computers every day. I thought I would list a few tips to help you keep your computer from getting one of these infections.
